SALE MANAGER
ROLE
-
Formulate marketing strategy thinking, participate in company's marketing activities, business activities, and complete sales tasks

Responsible for finding and tracking target customers, studying customer needs analysis and follow-up, and establishing business contacts with the company.

Continue to develop potential individual merchants from different business platforms, such as e-commerce, micro-commerce, purchasing, etc., and maintain long-term stable customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

KPI
Monthly basic telephone customer number is 1200-1500, monthly customer number is 15-20, and the number of effective customers is 5-8 as the quantitative evaluation index, and the completion degree is 80% -90 &%. Cash rewards over 2% -5%
CHANNEL MANAGER
ROLE

Fully responsible for the company's new channel sales (mainly for domestic provinces, cities and regions), responsible for channel establishment, implementation and improvement;

According to the regional differences in China, formulate the relevant annual sales plan, and ensure the realization of the company's periodic goals, management, coordination and promotion;

Through analysis of industry characteristics, formulate industry analysis reports to lay the foundation for industry investment

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in city and province sales market management is preferred

Those with certain team leadership experience or other resource channel management experience are preferred

CUSTOMER MANAGER
ROLE

Complete large customer sales targets on time and in volume

Continuously carry out the tasks of large customer development (hotels, public institutions group purchases, clubs and other large business places with catering services), and complete the quarterly indicators

Development of sales promotion plans, fee application and market verification for distributors and retail customers in various regions

Make monthly and quarterly sales plans, cooperate with the marketing department to do brand promotion

REQUIREMENTS

College degree or above, at least 3 years or above major customer management experience, FMCG industry experience is preferred
